As theDirector of Product ManagementatBrandwatch you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for our data platform. You will lead the development of a scalable innovative platform that empowers our customers to harness the full potential of their data. This role requires a strategic leader who can inspire teams drive crossfunctional collaboration and deliver impactful solutions that align with Brandwatchs mission to provide cuttingedge analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Platform Vision:Define and execute the vision for Brandwatchs data platform ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and supports advanced analytics scalability and seamless integration with Brandwatchs suite of products.
DataDriven Strategy:Utilize customer feedback market intelligence and product usage data to inform the product roadmap ensuring Brandwatch remains a leader in social listening analytics and insights.
UserCentric Innovation:Champion the user experience by leveraging customer insights and data to drive product innovation ensuring the platform is intuitive powerful and delivers measurable value.
CrossFunctional Leadership:Lead and inspire large crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration across engineering data science and marketing to deliver highimpact solutions.
Organizational Alignment:Shape and drive the product vision in alignment with Brandwatchs longterm business strategy ensuring the data platform supports the companys growth and competitive differentiation.
Excellence:Oversee the endtoend of product initiatives ensuring timely delivery high quality and alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements communicate progress and ensure the platform meets the needs of diverse user groups.
Qualifications:
710 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably within a datadriven or analyticsfocused organization.
Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms with a deep understanding of data architecture analytics and visualization tools.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data challenges into actionable product strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading and inspiring large crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
Passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and deliver customer value ideally within the social listening market intelligence or analytics space.
