Enfield Public Schools is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team in a clerical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls emails and mail.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to staff and faculty as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence reports and other documents.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
