Wellbeing Team Manager: Safe Haven
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary:(prorata salary dependent on skills experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: Manzil Way & Banbury Safe Haven

- Effectively manage supervise and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
- Lead on the resourcing administration and safe day to day running of the team and project
- Produce accurate timely and impactful reports.
- Liaise with colleagues partner organisations and professional agencies to continuously improve and develop effective support for service users.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and take appropriate and timely actions to mitigate and manage the risks.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Wellbeing Service including engagement with Extended Management Team meetings and collaborating to share knowledge and best practice.
- Keep up to date with the various services offered by Oxfordshire Mind local mental health services and other providers to enable appropriate information and signposting.
- Oversee the project budget to ensure finances are managed responsibly
- Recruit and induct new members of staff.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to staff making complex daytoday decisions and encouraging a reflective approach to their work.
