We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations drive team performance and ensure the successful execution of departmental goals. Responsibilities
Lead manage and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Provide coaching support and performance feedback to ensure team success

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
High level of organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team collaboration tools
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)
