Description
We are seeking a Usability/Human Factors Engineer 2 to join the software development team who will develop and sustain integrated featurerich capabilities that promote modernization of visualization and presentation tools. The software development team will provide application development and support to tools that allow mission analytic users to view existing data or contribute new information in a collaborative environment. The team member will focus on solving user experience challenges on a highly complex application used by a wide range of users and work with developers managers and system engineers to keep the product modern and cutting edge. Additionally the team member will research and document user workflows design and create mockups engage with users and interact with the development teams using tools such as Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Clearance
A current TopSecret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Fourteen 14 years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth health and happiness expected salary range for this position depending on education and years of experience is $125000 $185000.

Required skills:
- At least ten 10 years experience in this or related field and have familiarity with task analysis user interface design and usability testing
- At least five 5 years userexperience design and testing experience
- Direct conduct usability testing and work closely with product designers and process engineers developing applications
- Designing and developing user surveys to obtain user feedback
- Use task experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases (analysis design implementation and deployment)
