Basic Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle for commuting to client appointments.
- Laptop (running Windows 10 or higher) and cell phone.
- Financial stability to support yourself for 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers sellers and renters.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.
Property Transactions:
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties with professionalism and expertise.
- Price and market properties effectively for sellers.
- Support buyers in finding their dream properties and organise viewings.
- Negotiate offers and terms to ensure successful transactions.
Market Expertise:
- Stay informed about market trends property values and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Create engaging property listings complete with descriptions photos and virtual tours.
- Host show houses and execute marketing campaigns to attract buyers or tenants.
Salary Packages:
- Sales Agents: Commissionbased (up to a 70/30 split depending on experience).
- Commercial Agents: Commissionbased tied to your track record.
- Rental Agents: Targetbased basic salary plus commission.
- Intern Agents: Commissionbased 50/50 split with the company) with full training and mentorship provided.
