My client a global US bank is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience managing change/transformation projects to join them in Hong Kong. Youll be part of a high touch team working close with stakeholders providing advisory and consultative BA services for a multitude of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct projects and initiatives tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle escalating issues and ensuring effective delivery to time and budget.
- Lead governance and working group forums to facilitate project progress and ensure all components remain on track.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and problemsolving to maintain progress and guide others.
- Participate in governance forums to ensure project statuses and operational issues are clearly articulated.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all parties are informed of progress and issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation with traceability and audit materials including plans issue logs requirements documents test plans scripts and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Technology partners to design develop and implement technology platforms to meet business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience within a banking operations team.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with various teams across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in operational change projects is advantageous.
