Customer Services Specialist Investment Advisory
My client a leading bank is seeking an experienced Customer Services Specialist to help provide investment advice to their everyday customers. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute I license and will be responsible for providing financial guidance to clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients to provide investment guidelines and recommend suitable financial products.
- Assess clients financial situations risk tolerance and investment goals to provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends investment products and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Document client interactions and update customer records accurately in the database.
- This is a shiftbased role with the earliest at 8.00AM.
Qualifications:
- Valid Investment Advisor license such as HKSI certification.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong customerfocused approach to work.
- Fluency in Cantonese English and Putonghua.
