Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced LabVIEW Engineer to design develop and maintain automated test systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with NI hardware and software tools a strong background in DAQ systems signal processing and instrumentation and excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Design and develop LabVIEW applications for automated test systems and data acquisition.
- Implement and optimize LabVIEW code for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
- Maintain and update existing LabVIEW applications and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and customers.
- Document system designs test procedures and results.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification is required.
- Education in Electronics/Electrical candidate Good to have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing LabVIEW applications.
- Strong understanding of NI hardware and software tools. Eg: cRIO sbRIO cDAQ PXI I/O modules etc.
- Skilled in developing UI and integrating hardware components.
- Experience with DAQ (data acquisition systems) Signal Processing and instrumentation.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to have:
- Experience with TestStand FPGA or other NI software tools.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. C/C Python MATLAB).
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g. Modbus GPIB RS232 Ethernet).
- Experience in Manufacturing and assembly equipment Consumer electronics Semiconductor tools etc.
