Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all farm operations including planting irrigation fertilization pest control and harvesting
Develop and implement crop rotation and planting schedules
Analyze soil data and crop performance to provide agronomic advice
Monitor crop health and recommend treatments for diseases and pests
Lead a team of farm workers and ensure health & safety standards are met
Manage farm budgets procurement and equipment maintenance
Maintain detailed records of operations yields and input usage
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Agronomy Agriculture or related field
Proven experience in farm management and agronomy (minimum 5 years)
Strong knowledge of crop production systems soil science and precision agriculture
Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Proficiency with farm management software and modern agritech tools
Valid drivers license (tractor included)
