Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Review resumes and conduct screening calls.
Manage onboarding documentation and ensure all documents are completed and filed correctly.
Prepare welcome packages and coordinate preboarding activities.
Maintain benefits and policy documents uptodate and organized.
Assist with compliance checks and help in audits.
Input KPIs into the HRIS.
Coordinate DEI initiatives and track progress.
Help plan and execute engagement events and activities.
Assist in scheduling and managing training sessions.
Monitor completion of training programs and pathways.
Ensure HRIS data is accurate and uptodate.
Help organize and coordinate monthly town hall meetings.
Assist in managing and updating the intranet.
Requirements
- Preferably has 12 years experience in a similar role.
- Can identify problems and proactively solve them.
- Has an eye for detail has excellent communication (listening writing and speaking skills) and has an enthusiasm for this line of work.
- Preferably has experience in an Australian American or UK business.
