The Level 1 Information Technology (IT) Technician will be responsible for supporting endusers in the operation of computers application and electronic communications systems. Qualifications:Minimum of a high school diploma; Associates Degree of two years of experience preferably in an educational to perform physical labor for periods of to lift and move a minimum of 50lbsStrong communication skillsWork collaboratively with others Essential Functions:Maintain system security and integrityProblemsolve and support end users while prioritizing needsAssist in the repair maintenance installation training and replacement of technology equipment including computing devices copiers phones and presentation equipmentCoordinate with IT staff on observed problems and potential comprehensive inventory Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Certification or equivalent experience installing configuring maintaining and troubleshooting PC and Mac and evolving Information Technology knowledge interpersonal skills ability to multitask work under pressure follow and carry out directions and tasks to completion ability to communicate at different levels of interaction.
