Job Description
The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food and Nutrition Services is seeking a Dishwasher (Kitchen Helper) at our North Liberty Medical Campus. This position will under direct supervision perform routine cleaning and other duties in the Hospital food service area.
- Uses the appropriate cleaning equipment
- Cleans designated kitchen areas dishroom and restrooms
- Transports soiled and clean dishes
- Emptiestrash and recycleable material containers
The new University of Iowa Health Care North Liberty Campus will open in the Spring of 469000 square foot facility will be home to UI Health Cares nationally recognized Orthopedics service line offering comprehensive coordinated and accessible care across the outpatient inpatient and surgical venues. These stateoftheart clinical facilities will also include a fullservice community imaging center laboratory services physical therapy retail pharmacy and emergency department as well as an array of support facility has been designed to support a superior patient and staff experience; excellence across our patient care teaching and research missions; convenient access to services; and engaging community Health Care is seeking a welcoming highlyskilled and collaborative workforce to be a part of the opening team for this superb new campus and to help further our mission of:Changing Medicine. Schedule:
Week 1: 6:30am3pm Monday 11:00am3:00pm Tuesday and 6:30am3:00pm Saturday
Week 2: 6:30am3:00pm Sunday 11:00am3:00pm Tuesday and 6:30am3:00pm Friday
Location: North Liberty Medical Campus
Salary: $16.97/hour
This position is performed fully on campus.
