What You Need to Know:
Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide support development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal State and local regulations.
Standard Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am4:30pm. Position could be 1/2 time remote and 1/2 time in the Baltimore office.
Pay Information: $23$26 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications:
Education: High School or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Good math verbal and written communication skills. Considerable knowledge of computer office products word processing spreadsheet database and presentation applications; proficient in MS Office software applications (Word Excel Access). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required. Ability to work on a team.
Physical Requirements: Regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move objects 1050lbs frequently and unassisted. Frequently required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and work with a variety of chemicals and solvents. Position may require climbing of ladders for toplevel selection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers phones and printers light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Work in extreme temperatures for short duration.
