Contents Technician

Tesoro Group is seeking a Roving Contents Technician to join one of our longterm clients team. The ideal candidate will have residential cleaning experience a keen eye for attention to detail be a team player customer service skills and someone who is committed and punctual. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this role is roving to multiple locations. This is a contract to hire role 6 months before conversion).

This position will be reporting to the corporate office in Plymouth each morning as well as roving to job sites throughout the day.

Salary: $18$20/hour DOQ.

Schedule: MondayFriday: 7AM 330PM.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and fellow employees
• Maintain a personal professional image clean vehicle clean equipment clean uniform appropriate pants and uniform shirt shirt tucked in clean shaven and good personal hygiene.
• Assist Project Manager as directed with cleaning duties
• Logging and cleaning client contents
• Fire cleaning
• Postconstruction cleaning
• Complete daily timecard with accuracy
• Perform services as requested in warehouse and office
• Arrive at the office no later than 7:00 AM unless otherwise directed
• Follow company and Safety Policies
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Perform assigned cleaning duties without supervision assigned
• Maintain a valid Minnesota Drivers License with a clean DMV history
• Must be able to pass a preemployment drug and fit test
• Assist in loading the van and have all equipment and products needed for the job
• Arrive at job site at time specified on the work order
• Perform all assigned tasks and complete work in allotted time
• Work completed per Company cleaning standards
• Have a positive Customer Service attitude
• Make sure completed work is inspected by the Project Manager
• Always ask questions if uncertain of assigned tasks or if assignment/procedure is unclear
• Report any customer problem or any damage to a customers property to the Project Manager the same day in which it occurred
• Return all checked out equipment at the end of the shift clean and ready to use
• Keep van equipment and supplies clean and neat
• Check with Project Manager and/or Coordinator at the end of the shift
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working in a repetitive environment
• Experience as a house cleaner or medical assembly or equivalent experience with attention to detail.
• Able to lift 2030lbs repeatedly but may need to lift couches and chairs as well.
• Open to wearing different hats depending on how much content there is to clean/restore may perform other job duties as needed.
• Hold a valid Drivers License and active vehicle insurance as this site will be roving between multiple properties.
• Be able to successfully complete a background check/MVR and drug test before employment.
