Job Description
Anderson Kia is looking for an Automotive Assistant Service Advisor to join our fastpaced shop. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASSISTANT SERVICE ADVISOR:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide clear communication of the repair process
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Move customer vehicles in a responsible and caring manner
- Assist Service Advisor with handling customer complaints
- Followup with customers to gauge satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Assist Service Advisors with all tasks to keep operations running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience in the automotive space a plus
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a longterm career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Professional presence and communication skills
