We are seeking a professional proactive and personable Lead Receptionist to be the face of our workplace ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors and colleagues. Youll play a vital role in creating a polished welcoming and wellrun office environment.

Key Responsibilities

FrontofHouse & Reception

  • Deliver a consistently professional welcome to all guests clients and contractors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all frontofhouse enquiries and support.
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation and functionality in reception areas meeting rooms and visitor facilities.
  • Manage visitor signin security protocols and access badges.
  • Anticipate and respond to visitor needs to provide an outstanding experience.

Office Facilities & Collaboration Spaces

  • Oversee refreshments snacks and meeting room readiness.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings setups and AV support.
  • Ensure workspaces are reset and clean after use.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Safety Security & Accessibility

  • Champion health safety and access protocols across all frontofhouse areas.
  • Liaise with security regarding passes ID badges and safety measures.
  • Provide or coordinate assistance in medical situations.
  • Communicate site rules to guests and ensure compliance with visitor protocols.

Administration & Support

  • Handle general office duties and provide adhoc support to the wider facilities team.
  • Support internal events and respond quickly to requests from key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Supervise and support reception colleagues to ensure consistent coverage and service levels.
