What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front deskanswer phones schedule appointments check-in/out patients
- Lead and support the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with training scheduling and performance support for other CSRs
- Manage administrative tasks like ordering office supplies organizing records and supporting hospital leadership
- Foster a warm professional and efficient environment for clients patients and team members
Qualifications :
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2 years of veterinary client service experience (required)
- Are confident using veterinary practice software (we use your software name)
- Are highly organized self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Love helping pets and people and want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes
