Responsibilities
As the RN Quality Management Coordinator with Community youll work alongside a closeknit group of professionals to improve care for a diverse range of patients with varying acuity levels. Youll be at the forefront of enhancing patient safety and improving clinical outcomes. Your critical role in analyzing clinical data and driving quality initiatives is pivotal. From spearheading performance improvement projects to meticulously tracking facilityspecific data and researching best practices for implementation youll be empowered to shape the future of patient care.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Case Management Discharge Planning Utilization Review Infection Control or nursing project development/education
Licenses & Certifications
- RN Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
