- Branch roles coveringSouth Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- All roles 5 days per week Monday to Friday

Multiple Leave & Relief positions It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave *mileage paid.

In this role you will
- Support our South EastMetro branchesby being the first point of contact for our customers
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Work with your customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges and identify the most suitable products and services.
- Ensure our customers receive a seamless consistent and customised experience every step of the way
- Assist our customers with account opening unsecured lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (selfservice and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple easy and secure
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

It is essential you have your own transport and can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave. *Mileage is paid.
All positions are 5 days per week Monday to Fridaywithin the operating hours of9:00am4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am5:30pm Friday
Our Metro South East Branches include Bentleigh Chadstone SC Dandenong Fountain Gate SC Frankston Keysborough Mulgrave Waverley Gardens SC Middle Brighton Mentone Southland SC Oakleigh Springvale.
