Job Description

Join a growing team servicing multiple family medicine clinics throughout the county. Full time permanent position with guaranteed base salary first year and productivity according to physicians needs. Physician will work with the Practice Mgr. to define their schedule and it is adjustable throughout the year. MF clinic rotation equals 1 weekend every 2 months 1 week night every 2 weeks. Split between all FM physicians who arent grandfathered out due to service be BC/BEEmployed opportunityAverage of 2426 patients per dayCerner EMRAPPs assist physicians in handling patients and are supported by RNs LPNs and MAsBase salary negotiable based on experience and competitive per MGMA Productivity bonuses Sign on bonus Quality bonus Relocation Bonus Student loan repayment program over 4 years potential residency stipend over last 12 months of schooling CME $5000 yearly (we are a nonprofit so PSLF potential Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
