ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to direct reporting 4 HR members and participate as member of the HR Commercial Leadership Team serving as a representative of HR leadership globally creating opportunities for coaching and collaboration across the HR organization
- Serve as lead HR partner for the VP Commercial Americas and the VP Customer Care joining as a member of their senior leadership teams to provide the strategic direction in organizational design talent management and other key people initiatives; serve as subject matter expert to align people programs globally
- Serve as an integrated part of the business working with and influencing business leaders to make databased decisions to further talent progression in pursuit of overall business strategic goals.
- Identify the need for HR programs and strategies to support business objectives and collaborate across the commercial HRLT to deliver in the areas of organizational development performance management organizational design and employee engagement.
- Lead the development and of transformation initiativesmanaging change across multiple departments and functions to achieve strategic goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Experience (in years):
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience OR Masters with 8 years of experience
- 5 years people leadership experience
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong track record leading in a matrixed HR team
- Strong datadriven approach to analysis and decision making with the knowledge and ability to interpret and develop key insights from available data to drive strategy.
- Possesses the ability to develop a comprehensive vision while also being handson to ensure successful . .
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity; engender trust and influence all levels across matrix
- Strong executive presence with ability to command respect and gain credibility through exercise of sound business judgment clear decisionmaking and excellent communication
- Having experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
Physical requirements/abilities:
- 35 travel may be required mainly domestic travel
- Able to work flexible schedules to accommodate global work teams
- This position is onsite in Sunnyvale 5 days per week).

The salary range for this role is $200000 $250000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
