You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerforms administrative work overseeing the operations programming activities and maintenance of the Orlando Tennis Centre. An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for promoting facility usage revenue generation bookkeeping evaluating and supervising the work of facility staff facility maintenance and tennis pro instructor contractors. The Manager ensures excellent customer service to meet patrons expectations and develops communityfocused programs. As well as developing and implementing a succession plan. Work is performed under the general direction of the Recreation Program Manager and reviewed through reports conferences and results achieved
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Recreation Sports Management Business Administration or related field and two 2 years of management experience in a recreation facility including some supervisory experience required; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Tennis center management experience preferred. Valid Florida Drivers License is required. Must possess Valid United States Safe Sport certification or applicant must obtain certification within 180 days of hire. Mustpass a background check which includes a polygraph. Availability requiredto work morning and evening shifts weekends and holidays as scheduled.
