IT Infrastructure Team LeadKapco Grafton WI
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others our employeefocused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an IT Infrastructure Team Lead at our Grafton WI facility.
Responsbilities:
- Helpdesk ownership: ensure end user tickets are assigned & completed within established SLAs
- Hardware deployment & maintenance of PCs tablets scanners printers and other equipment
- Maintain an organized system for company hardware assets and warranty/service packages
- Network management and maintenance monitoring internet connectivity regularly updating servers switches routers and ensuring all equipment functions optimally
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify evaluate & implement new software and process improvements across the family of companies
- Maintain relationships with key support vendors; ensuring that their costs lead times and service quality meet or exceed expectations
- Follow all company safety quality and housekeeping policies procedures and practices
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in IT preferred or comparable work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of IT hardware and Helpdesk support experience
- Proficiency with Active Directory Microsoft 365 VoIP systems and networking protocols
- Experience working in a multisite manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
