We have a brand new opportunity for a Data and Business Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global reporting system and providing systems support across 7 platforms. Your work will directly improve processes surface opportunities and empower decisionmaking at a global scale.

What you will do:
- As the Lead ICM Data and Business Analyst you will be responsible for analytics and platform support across 100 countries. Youll collaborate across time zones and culturesfrom LATAM to Asia Pacifichelping to keep our systems running smoothly and our insights flowing
- Collaborate with IT to build /test and deploy necessary reporting infrastructure
- Support and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using various BI tools and databases
- Monitor data quality and identify gaps risks and opportunities for automation.
- Actively participate in system implementation or release activities
- Partner with the Shared Service Teams to support platform upgrades enhancements andensure ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met; identify processimprovements where possible
- Provide training and support to endusers on the use of systems and reporting tools
What you will need:
- Level 8 Degree
- 4 years of experience
