Pay is based on years of experience from the annually reviewed hourly salary Purpose:Help the special education teacher provide for physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in a special education setting. Behavioral intervention techniques and related experience is preferred. Assist in implementation of classroom programs including selfhelp behavior management and instruction programs. This includes intervening in crisis situations and restraining disruptive or dangerous student behavior as needed. Intervening as appropriate to help adjust or modify the behavior of responsibility for learning and adapting to each students special medical physical communicative and emotional with individual students or small groups to develop motor skills and conduct instructional exercises assigned by the supervise students throughout the school day inside and outside the classroom.
