Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years including infrastructure resiliency contact center operations information technology software engineering program management strategic communications engineering and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a dedicated Junior Analyst to support the Coast Guards central authority for all workforce requirement determinations. The ideal candidate will support workforce requirements analysis by collecting modeling and interpreting data to inform staffing strategies and organizational planning. Works under general supervision to apply analytic methodologies assess industry and policy impacts and translate findings into clear actionable documentation for stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Work under general supervision to support analyst functions including data collection and data modeling.
• Use analytic techniques to help assess the impact of industry trends policy or standard methodologies.
• Translate information into clear readable documents to be used by client personnel at multiple levels.
• Prepare disseminate and provide for the orderly safeguard of documentation.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills and Experience

• Associates Degree or Higher in Business Management or Human Resources.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics
• Knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address clients needs.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid Washington DC

• If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $55000 $80000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
