Technical Program Manager (Telecom Experience Preferred)

Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Program Manager (TPM)with telecom domain expertise to drive complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inSDLC management embedded systems and video/broadcast technologies with preference for candidates familiar with RDK and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage endtoendSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)for telecom/embedded products.
Lead crossfunctional teams invideo/broadcast product development(settop boxes streaming platforms or similar).
Develop and maintain comprehensiveproject plans timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
FacilitateScrum/Agileceremonies (sprint planning retrospectives) as a certified Scrum Master.
Collaborate with engineering teams onembedded systems(RDK knowledge is a plus).
Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders through regular progress updates.
Required Qualifications
5 yearsin technical program/project management (telecom video or embedded systems).
Proven experience managingSDLCfor software/hardware products.
Strong domain knowledge in:
Video/broadcast technologies(e.g. streaming IPTV DRM).
Embedded systems(e.g. RDK settop boxes IoT devices).
Scrum/Agilecertification and handson experience.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize in fastpaced environments.
Preferred Skills
RDK (Reference Design Kit) development experience.
Familiarity withTelco protocols(e.g. DOCSIS 5G).
PMP or similar certification.
