About the role
To continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver personcentered care ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Change Management Coordinator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent fulltime basis.
Based in our Regional Office in Darwin this role will be responsible in the delivery implementation and embedding of strategy and education for longterm sustainability of care models within our facilities.
This role will see you working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in the management of facilities that reflect a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers.
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced and current AHPRA Registered Nurse you will have previous experience working in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting and bring with you knowledge of change management principals and methodology. You will be a selfstarter who is comfortable leading projectbased work. You will be comfortable working with and consulting with senior management and be a solutionsbased person who wishes to support ARRCS in providing positive outcomes for our residents.
