Full Time Construction Project Engineer(Commercial Interiors)
Title: Construction Project Engineer
Location: Redmond/Bellevue/Seattle WA
Compensation: $DOE
Required Experience: (minimum)
- 2 Years as a Project Engineer supporting PMs in commercial construction setting
- TI/Renovation experience in commercial construction
- Experience reading construction plans
- Experience issuing RFIs submittals change orders proposals and more
- Experience developing project schedules
- Experience with closeout document creation and distribution
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for assisting the PM/Sr. PMs on commercial interior projects. Candidates should have experience working for a GC in a commercial construction setting a history of supporting PMs and helping with RFIs RFPs submittals change orders proposals and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assist PMs on commercial construction projects
- Provide project pricing support
- Understand project plans and help run meetings
- Understand specs and scope assignment for all projects
