At Community Dental Partners we take pride in servicing our practices with communication support through phone calls and text messages to support our patients in creating a unique experience on the phone and in the practice.
Our Call Center Specialists work on answering inbound calls and calling patients who are due for their dental exams. Our role in the Call Center is to reach out to existing/potential patients to provide information about our practices services and gather all information needed for an appointment. Along with creating the appointment we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments and assist patients with their needs.
