ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Supervising various aspects of the local retail branch
- Assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team.
- Willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch and understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branchs success
- Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong longterm relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management sales experience
- Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
