The Opportunity
Our Host Product Coordinator reports to the Manager of On Camera Talent. This position is responsible for the coordination of the host sample process for QVC and HSN. Other responsibilities include supporting the team in special projects (Host and Guest Auditions) and to support the Guest Excellence Certification Process when needed.
Your Impact
Facilitates and manages flow of samples provided to hosts for business needs from vendors and buying teams.
Manages process to ensure proper procedures followed within Ethics and Compliance guidelines.
Managing individual workstreams for each channel.
Assists in the coordination and of On Camera Talent Guest and Host auditions in product coordination audition scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
Assists the Guest Excellence Certification process when needed (vacation support high workflow time frames)
What You Bring
1 years working experience in a customer service or broadcast oriented related industry
HS Diploma or equivalent business work experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organization and attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office including Power Point MS Word and Excel
