Lead and manage daily workshop operations with confidence and clarity
Support technicians with mechanical diagnosis and technical problemsolving
Ensure toptier customer service is delivered every time
Drive sales performance and meet branch targets
Maintain a high standard of quality safety and service
Motivate mentor and manage workshop staff
Manage bookings workflow inventory and customer communication
Requirements:
Red Seal certified trade qualification is a must
Proven mechanical experience handson knowledge is essential
Strong track record in workshop management
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team
Resultsdriven with a focus on quality and efficiency
