What Youll Do:
- Compassionate Consultations: Provide clear supportive education and encourage patients who qualify to start TMS and Spravato treatments (remote & inperson).
- Collaborative Communication: Build strong relationships with patients physicians and staff providing consistent empathetic support.
- Seamless PreAssessments: Guide patients through insurance and financial options scheduling preassessments with ease.
- Coordinated Treatment Scheduling: Expertly manage provider schedules resolve issues and ensure smooth patient transitions from authorization to treatment.
- Meticulous Consult & Financial Management: Accurately handle insurance paperwork and system updates ensuring timely followup.
- Proactive Patient FollowUp: Monitor patient progress update appointments and maintain open communication.
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- Communication & Interpersonal: Demonstrates clear compassionate and professional communication skills to build rapport and effective relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Possesses strong computer literacy and a proven ability to quickly learn and utilize various software applications. Experience with CRM/EHR systems (Salesforce preferred) is an asset.
