• Location: Primarily based in our Center Name center with occasional support for nearby locations (inperson/virtual) as needed.

What Youll Do:

• Compassionate Consultations: Provide clear supportive education and encourage patients who qualify to start TMS and Spravato treatments (remote & inperson).
• Collaborative Communication: Build strong relationships with patients physicians and staff providing consistent empathetic support.
• Seamless PreAssessments: Guide patients through insurance and financial options scheduling preassessments with ease.
• Coordinated Treatment Scheduling: Expertly manage provider schedules resolve issues and ensure smooth patient transitions from authorization to treatment.
• Meticulous Consult & Financial Management: Accurately handle insurance paperwork and system updates ensuring timely followup.
• Proactive Patient FollowUp: Monitor patient progress update appointments and maintain open communication.

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• Communication & Interpersonal: Demonstrates clear compassionate and professional communication skills to build rapport and effective relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Possesses strong computer literacy and a proven ability to quickly learn and utilize various software applications. Experience with CRM/EHR systems (Salesforce preferred) is an asset.
• Organizational Excellence: Exhibits effective multitasking prioritization and deadline management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
• PatientFocused Approach: Demonstrates compassion and empathy in all patient interactions ensuring a positive experience.
