The PA Department of Transportation is searching for a Clerical Assistant 2 for the Berks County Maintenance Office. The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will assist garage and maintenance office operations including the use of proper forms and correspondence being prepared issued and maintained in an effort to ensure operational efficiency.

This position provides clerical support for the maintenance garage and staff to ensure operational goals are met in an efficient and timely manner. You will utilize multiple software programs to prepare correspondence and reports track information as well as review and complete tasks within these systems and serves as the AdoptAHighway and KPB Coordinator for the County.
