This position is responsible for operations and success of Registration Services/Patient Financial Services. Manage high volume areas with significant strategic and financial impact on current and future success of organization. Responsible for the coordination of the delivery of high quality services that meets or exceeds customer service expectations. Provides leadership and administers human resource policies and practices in a multiskilled multifunctional environment

Sentara CarePlex Hospital located in Hampton VA is a 224bed technologically advanced acute care facility and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Other features include specialized services in heart and vascular urologic care along with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities a hospitalist program and one of the states busiest emergency departments.
