Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring a Patient Access Manager
This position is responsible for operations and success of Registration Services/Patient Financial Services. Manage high volume areas with significant strategic and financial impact on current and future success of organization. Responsible for the coordination of the delivery of high quality services that meets or exceeds customer service expectations. Provides leadership and administers human resource policies and practices in a multiskilled multifunctional environment
Education
- Bachelors Degree (Required)
- 3 years of applicable managerial experiencemay be accepted in lieu of degree
Certification/Licensure
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) Certification National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) (Required within 12 months of hire)
Experience
- Supervisor experience in Patient Access or Patient Accounting 3yrs (Required)
Talroo Leadership manager patient access patient accounting registration customer service

Sentara CarePlex Hospital located in Hampton VA is a 224bed technologically advanced acute care facility and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Other features include specialized services in heart and vascular urologic care along with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities a hospitalist program and one of the states busiest emergency departments.
