Job Summary:
The Manager Identity and Access Management (IAM) will lead our dynamic IAM team responsible for the strategic direction operational excellence and continuous improvement of our IAM services. You will ensure the security and efficiency of our access management processes while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. We are seeking a leader who is not only technically proficient in IAM principles and tools particularly Okta and SailPoint but also deeply committed to the growth and wellbeing of their team members.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership mentorship and guidance to the IAM team fostering a culture of trust collaboration and continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance reviews provide constructive feedback and support individual development plans.
Promote a positive and inclusive team environment ensuring open communication and addressing team member concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members understanding their individual needs and motivations.
IAM Service Management:
Oversee the daytoday operations of IAM services ensuring service availability reliability and security.
Develop and implement strategies to mature our IAM services aligning with industry best practices and organizational needs.
Manage and optimize our IAM tools including Okta and SailPoint ensuring efficient and effective access management.
Lead the planning and of IAM projects including implementations upgrades and integrations.
Technical Expertise and Innovation:
Stay abreast of the latest IAM trends technologies and best practices identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Evaluate and recommend new IAM solutions and features ensuring alignment with organizational security and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations.
Proactively seek feature improvements within Okta and Sailpoint to better the companys security posture.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with other IT teams business units and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IAM services.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on IAM initiatives and addressing concerns.
Build strong relationships with vendors and partners ensuring effective management of IAM tools and services.
Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience leading an IAM team in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of IAM principles concepts and best practices.
Handson experience with Okta and SailPoint IAM solutions.
Excellent people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams.
Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred:
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM PMP).
Experience with cloudbased IAM solutions.
Experience with automating IAM processes.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118450.00 $236900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
