Job Description
Associates degree in psychology sociology education counseling social work human development or a related field. Experience working in Residence Life or in a residence hall setting can be substituted for one year of an Associates degree. One 1 year of experience working with students in a college environment social/human services education marketing or similar occupations where the ability to work with people is important. Six 6 months of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity either in paid employment or in a volunteer capacity.
