As a Line Cook youll play an important role in delivering on Atriums promise of exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence. Working in our hotels threemeal restaurant youll help deliver flavorful consistent dishes that keep guests coming back. Youll collaborate with the team to bring our menus to life while building your own skills and culinary career.
Culinary Passion & Craftsmanship You will apply your creativity and attention to detail to prepare and present dishes that meet our high standards. Your commitment to quality and flavor will elevate the guest dining experience
Teamwork in the Kitchen Youll work closely with fellow kitchen staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations sharing responsibilities maintaining a positive work environment and supporting peak service times
Cleanliness & Safety Standards Maintaining a clean safe and organized kitchen is essential. Youll follow sanitation and safety protocols and help ensure compliance in all food handling and preparation
Efficiency & You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment maintaining composure and focus during service periods. Your ability to follow direction and deliver consistent results under time constraints ensures guest satisfaction and operational success
Upholding Atriums SPIRIT Values: Service Perseverance Inclusion Respect Innovation and Teamwork
Prior experience in professional kitchen
Active food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
Culinary training or coursework
Familiarity with hotel or highvolume restaurant kitchen environments
