Job Description

Site Superintendent Affordable Housing Project (GTA)

Our client a reputable General Contractor is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a new affordable housing development in the Greater Toronto Area. This project offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful communityfocused build.

Compensation: $125000 vehicle allowance benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the site from mobilization through to final turnover

  • Coordinate trades site staff and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved

  • Uphold high standards of site safety quality and cleanliness

  • Maintain detailed site logs schedules and communication with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent on residential lowtomidrise projects

  • Previous experience with affordable or community housing projects is an asset

  • Strong leadership scheduling and site management skills

  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with trades clients and consultants
