Site Superintendent Affordable Housing Project (GTA)
Our client a reputable General Contractor is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a new affordable housing development in the Greater Toronto Area. This project offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful communityfocused build.
Compensation: $125000 vehicle allowance benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the site from mobilization through to final turnover
Coordinate trades site staff and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved
Uphold high standards of site safety quality and cleanliness
Maintain detailed site logs schedules and communication with project stakeholders
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent on residential lowtomidrise projects
Previous experience with affordable or community housing projects is an asset
Strong leadership scheduling and site management skills
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with trades clients and consultants
