Job Description
Inspector Entry Level (Microscope Inspection)
Charlton MA FullTime Training Provided
1st shift 7am 3:30pm)
We are hiring an entrylevel Inspector to join our team! Our Inspectors use automated and manual optical measuring instruments to make close visual measurements of various part features.
We will train the right person in our specialized fiber optic technology.
What Youll Do:
Inspect small parts under a microscope for defects chips cracks and blemishes.
Use precision instruments to measure part features and maintain product quality.
Document inspection results and work closely with engineering teams.
- Follow quality standards blueprints and safety procedures.
- Crosstrain in and provide backup support for shipping and receiving functions
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Stable work history
Strong visual acuity and handeye coordination to perform detailed inspection under a microscope for extended periods.
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive visual tasks.
English language competency (speaking comprehension reading and writing) commensurate with the duties including reading prints/plans and product specifications.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and pass preemployment background checks and drug test.
Positive attitude patience and a strong work ethic.

New hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency in a TemptoHire status for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.
Starting pay: $18 per hour minimum during temptohire period. Increase to $19 per hour minimum at Incom hire.
