Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring their experience with our company is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or escalation as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Provide customers with information on products services policies and procedures to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen empathetically to customers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications including CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
