Solid Rock Recruiting partners with forwardthinking commercial construction companies to connect exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. Our client a respected commercial drywall contractor in Western Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Were seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects in the Western Massachusetts area. This role offers comprehensive benefits including a company truck and gas card demonstrating our clients commitment to their team members success.
* Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through completion
* Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans
* Coordinate with superintendents foremen and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
* Review and process submittals RFIs and change orders
* Conduct regular project meetings and site visits
* Manage material procurement and delivery schedules
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Maintain strong client relationships and communication
* 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience
* Proficiency in construction management software (OnScreen Takeoff Quickbid or similar)
* Strong understanding of metal framing drywall systems and commercial construction processes
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
* Experience with BIM and project management software
* OSHA 30 certification
* History of successful commercial project completions
* Estimating experience
