Position: Commercial Estimator
The Opportunity:
Join an established industry leader specializing in highend commercial projects. As their Estimator youll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at up to $7MM.
What Youll Do:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction packages.
Collaborate with project managers clients and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
Utilize software to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.
