Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Senior Payroll Specialist will provide payroll and administrative support to the Corporate Payroll Team.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Run salary and hourly payroll and support the HQ payroll team with other pay groups as required.
- Run assigned payroll reports and audit and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Support salary nonexempt payrolls by tracking time sheets.
- Responsible for managing the full garnishment process.
- Complete the Stale checks Uncashed check report and process as required.
- Process invoices for direct deposit returns.
- Update tracking spreadsheets for pay returns and stale checks.
- Pull final payroll reports for the field locations.
- Support the payroll inbox and answer requests.
- Distribute Payroll Mail and upload tax and garnishment orders in Smart Compliance.
- Maintain confidential files.
- Additional processes as needed.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- Prior payroll processing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of applicable state federal local employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Detail orientation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Skills in handling conflict resolution situations.
- Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Must be teamoriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake:
- Experience processing payroll in ADP Vantage.
- Knowledge in ADP.
