Job Description
CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot. The ideal candidate will ensure that vehicles are properly staged organized and ready for display contributing to a positive customer experience.

Automotive Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper organization and placement of vehicles on the dealership lot
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to arrange vehicles based on make model and other relevant criteria
- Perform regular inspections for debris litter and other items that may impact the overall appearance
- Ensure that each vehicle is properly staged including adjusting mirrors seats and other settings
- Work closely with the inventory management team to update records and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales service and other departments to ensure efficient lot operations
- All other duties assigned
Automotive Lot Attendant Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in an automotive dealership
- Detailoriented with a strong sense of organization
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness for tasks such as walking standing and occasionally lifting objects
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass preemployment background screenings
