We are looking for a curious and forwardthinking Common Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our Tailormade Communications product domain.
In this role you will be a key driver of progressresponsible for managing critical partner relationships and steering the evolution of the area to enhance customer satisfaction and business value.

Be a part of Telia Tailormade Communications that provides advanced enterprisegrade communication solutions designed for large organizations. Built on modern unified communication platforms from leading suppliers such as Mitel these solutions cater specifically to the needs of the singletenant enterprise communications market.
Our products are designed to meet the complex demands of enterprise customers and includes a comprehensive range of features such as telephony presence voicemail IVR attendant services contact center functionality and collaboration tools. We provide fullservice support seamless customer access and builtin flexibility and scalability ensuring Telia customers receive solutions tailored to their needs.
You will play a central role in shaping the future of this domain. Beyond supporting ongoing development you will lead transformational efforts to bring structure and clarity to our product portfolio and vendor landscape. Your strategic mindset and ability to work across both central technology functions and local country units will be crucial in aligning the direction of our product development efforts.
Who were looking for
We are seeking someone with a strategic yet handson approach who thrives in complexity and is passionate about customercentric innovation. You are confident working in agile environments and experienced in leading crossfunctional teams. You bring a strong understanding of both the technical and business sides of product management and you communicate fluently with diverse stakeholders. Your background likely includes experience in telecom or IT and you have a solid grasp of agile frameworks.
You are known for your ability to drive strategic planning solve complex problems and manage a wide network of stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish as youll be operating across multiple markets and collaborating with international teams.
