Job Description

We are seeking a parttime bioinformatics analyst to perform bioinformatics data inference (i.e. gain meaningful insights) by applying existing computational methods and packages to newly generated datasets. The analyst will work with a variety of data types including singlecell sequencing whole exome/genome DNA sequencing and RNA sequencing and have access to multiple methods development and analysis working groups to increase knowledge and proficiency of genomic algorithms and approaches. Role requires bachelors plus 13 years of exp. or Masters degree in related field.
