Success of Engineering Projects mostly relies on key individuals demonstrating Intrapreneurial Leadership and the best way to develop these skills is through handson consulting rolesworking alongside established intrapreneurs in international companies contributing to managing stakeholders engagement workflows reliability or solutions sustainability.

The experience we are actively looking for:
At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical design and drafting
Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical; SEE Electrical knowledge is a plus
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to the United States for one week per month
The scope of this intrapreneurial project is to reinforce the design team on engine adapter harness projects for an international engineering initiative.
The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:
Design and develop electrical schematics for engine adapter harnesses
Analyze and adapt abstract technical specifications into concrete designs
Document created designs thoroughly and maintain them up to date
Review design elements during design reviews and evaluate proposed technical improvements
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements
